Ok. The detox is going alright so far. I’m feeling mostly successful and still have a few days to go. I’m down another pound but am still having daily headaches. I’m not sure if I’m getting sick or if this is still a result of detox…I guess I’ll figure it out either way soon enough.
I just made my morning pitcher of juice:
- 1 grapefruit, 1 green apple, 1 pear, 1 cucumber, handful of asparagus, 1 head romaine lettuce, 1 cup kale
I need to pick up a few things at the grocery store this afternoon and will grab fresh oranges, ginger, beets, red cabbage, mangos, and spinach. I’m getting a little bored with my current juices and need something different in order to keep being successful.
This is a boring post, I apologize. I just wanted to give a quick update but am back to cleaning, reading, and finishing up projects for my summer class…
